What data we process and why

  1. Website forms – your name, e-mail address and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  2. Correspondence and orders – contact details and the data needed to perform a contract and to invoice. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations, in particular accounting (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  3. Visit statistics (Google Analytics) – only if you agree in the cookie banner. We see anonymised statistics: which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
  4. Spam protection of the forms (Google reCAPTCHA) – technical data about your browser and how the form is used. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

  • Enquiries that did not lead to cooperation – 3 years from the last contact.
  • Data from contracts and invoices – for as long as Czech law requires (accounting records: 10 years).
  • Google Analytics data – 14 months.

Who the data may be shared with

  • Website hosting: ADM.TOOLS, servers in the European Union.
  • E-mail: Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace); also Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Enquiries from the forms are received and handled personally by Oleksandr Nesterenko and are not shared with third parties. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies

  • Technical – needed for the website to work, for example to remember the selected language and to protect the forms. No consent is required for them.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_*) – only with your consent, valid for up to 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • have it corrected,
  • have it erased,
  • restrict its processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to the processing,
  • withdraw your consent at any time.
