Small-batch assembly

In our assembly workshop in Jindřichův Hradec, Czechia, we assemble small batches of products.

We assemble simple units as well as complex devices with electronics, using printed, purchased and custom-made parts. We assemble small batches from a few dozen to several hundred units per month. You get parts and assembly from one place.

What we offer:

• Assembly of simple products, mechanical units and complete devices with electronics
• Bonding and joining parts, installing threaded inserts and fasteners
• PCB assembly (PCBA) with vetted suppliers in Czechia – we order the boards based on your documentation
• Firmware flashing and testing of printed circuit boards
• Functional testing of finished products and a completeness check of every unit
• Labelling and packing to your requirements
• Missing parts 3D-printed on the spot

How it works: send us a product description, a bill of materials or a sample. We prepare the assembly and test procedure and a quote, source the parts, then assemble, test and deliver the batch.
