For many years we organised manufacturing for our customers in China – injection moulds, plastic parts and complete turnkey assembly of electronic devices. We ran our own office in Shenzhen to oversee our manufacturing partners. Recognising the technological and political risks of that model, over the last six years we have completely shifted our focus and built a new supplier network in Europe.
